Software development business XRM has made two new appointments and is expanding into new offices that will enable the company to increase the scale of its operations.

Mark Stephenson joins as Associate Director for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy, Carys Williams has been appointed Junior Dynamics 365 Consultant, and Greg Szewczyk has been promoted to Business Solutions Consultant.

Mark Stephenson

Mark is an experienced team leader with development experience including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and development of bespoke customer portals. He is currently studying for a Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Diploma. Mark added,

Joining the team at such an important time as the company expands is hugely exciting. XRM  has never been busier and I look forward to working with all our clients old and new on delivering innovative and effective solutions that enable their businesses to thrive, whatever their industry or requirements.

Carys Williams

Carys joins XRM from the Digital Jersey Coding Programme, a part-time, industry-led learning programme for the digital industry. She is now studying towards her Microsoft Dynamics 365 exams.

I am excited to be given this wonderful opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and talented team of like-minded people. I am looking forward to learn all I can within this growing, dynamic industry so that I can help support the team in a variety of interesting projects. I can’t wait to get started!

Digital Jersey Coding Programme Success

Carys is the second team member to join XRM from the Digital Jersey Coding Programme. Following completion of the course in 2017, Greg Szewczyk joined XRM as a Junior Business Solutions Consultant and has recently been promoted to Business Solutions Consultant. He is now learning C# and JavaScript to grow his development skills and ability to provide more diverse solutions.

Simon Jackson, Founder and Director of XRM commented,

Building a firm with great technical people that also have great positive attitudes is something I’ve been trying to do over the last 18 months.  It has taken many, many interviews to find Mark and Carys in Jersey.  I’m so excited to have them both on the team. We all want to work with great people and I’m looking forward to an exciting future with them.

Office Expansion

With the new appointments, the company has expanded from its former base at the Digital Hub to new offices on Green Street. Simon Jackson continues,

The Hub is a fantastic resource for the digital industry in Jersey and was a great space for us as we started the business so we will still be spending time there attending events and networking. We are excited about this season of growth and the new office gives us plenty of space to accommodate our future plans.
